    Great podcast! I became a nurse 20 years ago and I can remember the warnings back then about the shortage and yet here we are! Thank you to all my amazing nurse colleagues out there for all you do!

    Feeling like these wonderful nurses still held back on the horrors and the pressure of hospital nursing. Also the problems of hospital nursing was only compounded by the pandemic. Covid just emphasized on many old issues. Laughed at the Satisfaction scores.
