Rates are based on the number of hours needed per year. Discounts apply to blocks of hours purchased on a prepaid basis.

How many hours does my company or union need?

Estimate approximately 10 hours per 100 employees per year. Utilization can vary but is generally between 1%-4%. Clients who allow employees or union members to self refer typically have lower utilization rates. Clients who proactively involve Guardian Nurses' services tend to have higher utilization, but they also experience a much higher return on their investment.

How do fees compare to per employee/per month rates?

You pay PE/PM rates whether or not services are ever used. That's money spent regardless of utilization. Guardian Nurses offers you the flexibility to buy the services your organization needs through a block of hours. That's money well spent!
