How many hours does my company need?

Estimate approximately 9 hours per 100 employees per year. Utilization varies but is generally between 1%-4%. Clients who allow employees or union members to self refer typically have lower utilization rates. Clients who proactively involve Guardian Nurses tend to have higher utilization, but they also experience a much higher return on their investment.
