July 2007 Bricklayers Allied Craftworkers Local 1 PA/DE signs three year contract with Guardian Nurses for advocacy services for their 1,500 members.

July 2006 Based on $1.6 million claims' savings in one year program, Law Enforcement Health Benefits (LEHB) extends partnership with Guardian Nurses Healthcare Advocates for another year.

April 2006 Guardian Nurses Healthcare Advocates recognized as one of Pennsylvania's most outstanding small businesses during Pennsylvania Small Business Centers (SBDC) 12th annual Client Exposition, We Mean Business.

December 2005 Named second place winner in the service category of The Enterprising Woman Business Plan Competition sponsored by the Business Center and Mt. Airy USA.

April 2005 Law Enforcement Health Benefits (LEHB) representing 7,500 police offers and their families award Guardian Nurses Healthcare Advocates pilot project to test impact of clinical intervention on healthcare costs.

January 2004 Guardian Nurses Healthcare Advocates formally opens doors with a team of three nurses and ten clients.
